Day 2 in China cont'd

Good Morning. Today im going to go and learn about some cooking techniques at some restaurants that i have looked up. So far from my research i have learned some of their common cooking techniques involve stir frying, deep frying, shallow frying, braising, broiling, steaming, and roasting, alot, I know but im all up to learn something new while im here in China. I mean in not here just to lounge around and sit in my hotel room. I came to China to explore.!
